I love this stuff and have ordered it many, many times. It tastes and smells great, pretty much just like lemonade, and isn’t salty-tasting. I also love the strawberry margarita flavor and I order that one regularly too. I’m a fitness instructor and I also have low blood pressure, so hydration is critical for me. I chose this brand after doing quite a bit of research about what kind of electrolyte mix I wanted. I chose this one because it isn’t full of sugar, and the electrolyte mineral concentrations are comparable to the more expensive brands that are advertised on wellness podcasts. The price of this one can’t be beat, and the quality is excellent. It mixes pretty well. I give it a few good hard shakes in my water bottle and it’s good to go. I’ve noticed that it mixes MUCH better when the water isn’t super cold, so mix it first and add your ice after. Fortunately I drink my water room temp anyway! It’s very effective as an electrolyte drink. I don’t always love to drink water, and this absolutely helps me to drink much more throughout the day. I think that adding electrolytes softens the water a bit and makes it easier on my throat. I can absolutely feel the difference in my hydration when using this versus plain water. I feel much more hydrated from the water I drink when adding the electrolytes, and I feel SO much better throughout my day when I stay hydrated. All in all this has been a game-changer for me! I’ll continue to buy it every time I run out.

You may think the price of this product is expensive but, when you see how long it lasts, it's an amazing value. If you find yourself struggling with electrolyte balance, dehydration as well as dizziness, mental confusion and a wide variety of other things that can be associated with dehydration, this product may be of help to you. The nice part about this electrolyte balance is that everything is healthy good quality products and it's much better for you to drink this than it is to keep drinking those sugary sports drinks because this has no added sugar. The instructions suggest that you princess daily and add a scoop or two to your water to boost your electrolytes and minerals but, my experience is calm if you take too many electrolytes, you'll have diarrhea and sometimes nausea. I'm not a doctor in or do I endorse or give any medical advice but I will just tell you what I've done that works for me and that is, I take my 32 oz water bottle and I'll just put in a half a scoop. Just those small minerals that are getting into your body that you need, the minerals that you lose when you're sweating, can easily be replaced gently while you're getting the water which is so critical for your body. In my personal opinion, I don't think you should use this electrolyte mix all day everyday. I think, like anything, it should be used in moderation. The average person doesn't need electrolyte replacements on a regular basis. However, if you're not eating healthy, fruits vegetables, this electrolyte replenisher can help get your body back into shape for your mental clarity, focus neurological well-being and overall feeling of wellness. I can tell you from my own experience, I've been in the hospital for heat stroke and I almost lost my life, literally! I understand now how important it is to maintain hydration and keep that electrolyte balance going strong. They have a nice variety of flavors personally, I really like the lemonade flavor and the watermelon flavor but I haven't tried every flavor yet.. On average, one of these containers last me upwards of six to eight months. And that's a long time for such a small price. Especially when you consider a bottle of sports drink can run upwards of three or 4 dollars so, 10 bottles of the sugary sports drinks can buy several months of natural quality electrolyte powder. The company is really nice to work with, they're great about answering all your questions and stand behind their product. Everything in moderation know your own body and know what your needs are. Experiment with this product by adding a little bit at a time to your water to a point where you feel comfortable and stay hydrated.

So good, it's hard to believe it's sugar free. Much tastier, more electrolytes +, and MUCH less expensive than a brand that is advertised a lot and sponsors a lot of utubers.

I love this stuff!!! I am a huge lemonade fan so having a no calorie, no carb option that tastes great AND helps with electrolytes to keep muscle cramps away os AWESOME!!! The Lemonade is my favorite with Watermelon coming in a close second.

I really like this product — it tastes great and works well for me! My only complaint is the container design. The 90-serving jar is too narrow for my hand to reach the bottom once the powder runs low. I wish it were a bit shorter and wider to make it easier to scoop out the last servings.
