HurriCaine Topical Anesthetic Gel - Wild Cherry

This is worth about 10-12 tubes of Orajel Severe Tootache Formula, so the overall cost is lower. It is far thicker than anything I've found in the drugstores, so it stays in place. The formula seems to make the benzocaine act faster. I have severe teeth problems because of some medication issues that caused my gums to recede. Now I am getting cavities where the gum line used to cover. No amount of Flouride the dentist applies seems to help, so I will be losing my teeth. This is going to be very painful to my nearly non-existent wallet. At least HurriCaine removes the pain in my mouth. Also works on Canker sores.

Just like the stuff they use in the dental office before they stick you with a needle. It's powerful enough to knock out any issues that occur at home with teenage boys. Busted lip pain and toothaches are a thing of the past once you drop some of this on a cotton swab and rub on the affected area. It's great to have for oral topical pain relief in any home.

I had horrible tooth/gum pain from getting a cavity filled, was in pain for 4 months and even pain killers couldn't rid the pain. This was my savior during those times I couldn't sleep at night, pair this with a ice pack and ibuprofen and it helps provide relief. The taste isn't the best, but I don't expect any oral gel like this to taste great. Love the tub opposed to squeezing out of a tube.

This stuff is great!! I got my teeth pulled and got dentures I use this most everyday if I have a sore spot on my gums. Works great wouldn't have made it without this gel.

I bought this due to some moderate gingival irritation brought on by poorly masticated Mexican tortilla chips. This topical anesthetic was more viscous than the OTC CVS benzocaine I have used in the past and had a faster onset of anesthesia (approximately 7 seconds post application). This also has a moderate cherry flavor to it which is pleasant enough but does not leave a horrid aftertaste. The quantity is sufficient for many applications. Would definitely purchase this brand again when (if) I ever run out.

I have receding gums and Hurricaine makes it easier and less painful to brush in those areas. My doctor made a great call by recommending this.
