Product arrived in damaged box taped shut. For some reason not “eligible” for refund.

I bought this color in the store and loved it.The color is vibrant, doesn't have harsh ingredients, and stays for a long time.Then I decided to buy it online since the price was very good.The delivery was fast, the color was exactly the same as in the store for higher price.

I have been enjoying this product for about two yr now. I usually get the product from a local supermarket but it was getting way too pricey. I was thrilled to see it on Amazon for half the price. super happy with my purchase.

It is great! It doesn’t dry up my hair like other dyes and the color looks very natural.
