Amazing machine
LOVE this product, I asked for a cup warmer for Christmas and my husband thought I meant an actual cup coat. Haha. He wasn’t able to find one not surprised looking for the wrong thing in shops, so I took it on myself to find my own and boy I’m glad I did. Top marks for this machine, I work from home and always leaving my drinks to go cold as I’m so busy, not fun drinking cold things that should be hot. I always keep the setting on 131F and this is ample heat to keep drinks hot for hours. I like the weight shut on and off, cup on heat on, cup off machine not on!

Great invention!
I got one of these as a present a couple of years ago. I keep it by my bed to keep my morning cuppa warm. I bought another to stop me from throwing away half cups of cold coffee during the day. Once you have half a cup of coffee I am quite sure that it is hotter than the full cup was! There are 3 heat settings but I always use it on high.

Rather disappointing
Tried it out for the first time today with a 20 oz concave bottomed heavy coffee mug. The choice of three temperatures was redundant since only the highest at 167° f seemed to work, but since that was the only temperature I wanted, no complaints there. However, after about 15 minutes the temperature of the liquid was down to 50°f which felt lukewarm. I suppose that is better than room temperature but I do like my coffee very hot, 75° sounds about right. The difference between the hot plate temp and the liquid temp was far too much, though to be fair to the product I have not tried it with a flat bottomed steel mug which would obviously be a lot better. My coffee mugs were chosen because they were the right size, 20 oz are hard to find, and in deep red they look marverlous so I won't be buying an expensive steel mug. Which brings up this question: is it possible to pack the convex bottom of the cup with something like a metal dome to transfer the hot plate temp more efficiently?

Brilliant - Been using for almost two years
Best cup warmer I've found - almost two years in and it's still working perfectly. Three heat settings but I usually use the hottest which leaves your drink at the perfect temperature where it won't burn your mouth but it's hot!The pressure feature makes the heater turn off when no pressure is applied - you can use most empty mugs and press down a little still to turn the heater on though if you want to keep a cup warm with no liquid in.

Great little gadget
So nice that I no longer have to gulp down my tea before it becomes cold. Makes drinking tea and coffee a real pleasure. I have now bought 3, really great present for family members. They are all Very happy.

Dangerous teapot warmer
Edit 12/7/23 : the malicious lack of an on-off switch finally resulted in a fire. We are lucky the whole house did not burn down. The room still smells acrid, burning smell and have cleaned everything! Look at the photo. The tray was empty, save for a sheet of paper which all burned to a crisp and the printer too!Old review:Very simple to use, just place the teapot (or mug) over it and it heats up (it has a pressure switch underneath). It has 3 touch buttons for 3 heat settings - shame it does not also have an on-off button. The only way to switch it off is to remove the cup or teapot from it, but if like me your desk space is limited, then it is inconvenient. My watt meter registers about 40W at the highest setting.
