Just Wow! Incredible huge tones from this tiny beast!
I really was only looking for a practice head on you tube and online. Took a chance on this amp. When I played it it blew me away with the variety of clean to break up to high gain tones you can get from this compact amp. You cannot go wrong. I tried recording with it and it was just great. If you are at a gig and your main rig dies, this potentially can get you through as a back up too.

Excellent value practice amp
Great purchase. Fantastic effects loop and great sounding power section, although I wouldn't depend on it in a band situation. I run it 4 cable method with my pod go, and the amp sims, reverb, delays, etc. all sound great through the fx return. Clean channel isnt as chimey as I'd like a clean channel to be, although very useable if you dirty it up a bit. Lead channel is great, orange flavoured high gain. It gets thick and chewy the more you crank the gain, so a boost is highly recommended for some tight chugs. I did a comparison between the lead channel and a Orange Rockerverb sim in the pod go, and they're "close" - The Meteor has a much more prominent midrange voicing, but has those thick chewy lows like you'd want from an orange. Sounds best through a brighter speaker like a V30, as with orange amps in general.Power section starts to compress and distort like a typical class d when pushed hard - it can get loud but the sweet spot is definitely in the "practice volume" range. I use it to practice jam with my bass player no problem, but with a drummer it may be pushing it a bit too hard to stay as dynamic as it does at lower volumes.

Fantastic little amp
Great little amp. I also bought the Jackman but returned it because it had more of a brighter or more aggressive sound. I like the Tweedy because the sound is easy to listen to when practicing. Not harsh but nice sound. I connected a variety of pedals to it and with the El Ray Dorado it does a respectable job at EVH. Great value all around. Might get the Vivo one day to go after a better EVH sound... maybe.

Faculty headphones socket
Hello.. I bought this guitar amp recently and the headphone socket seems to be faulty since the sound is not good. I believe this is not normal since said headphone jack is supposed to be a cab simulator so the sound is supposed to be much clearer than what I hear. What to do in this case?
