Good product
I have started using this, needs care and maintenance. I don't use soap but with plain hot water Wash it and season it with oil.Appams don't stick to the pan and I'm using it regularly. Do not regret buying it.

Good quality product but expensive
This is second time am buying I like the surface finishing of this product no dips/pores anywhere. works perfectly. Bit expensive as it can be used for only Appam making. I have not tried any other brand appam pan. If 1000 rs is not big deal I think you can go for this, you will not be disappointed with the quality

Good finish and well built
Good product from Dynamic cook ware,the finish and built quality is good,one should understand that iron or cast iron products will take a period of time to develop non stick surface so initially it may lead to frustration due to food sticking to the surface but in the long run it's a child play, cooking in cast iron unlike nonstick it is very healthy too,regarding the product it is no way less than any foreign brand, and the cost of the product is little high than other Indian brands but its worth for it, with out any doubt go for it.

Didn't heard of this brand before,but it's a nice product.appams doesn't stick.no need to wash everytime.but if you are washing with soap or liquid detergent,rub with dry cloth ,brush the pan with oil and heat the pan till smoke comes out and keep aside.thanks dynamic cookware
