Young Nails Caption Nail Polish, Treat Yourself

I like Caption nail polish and received the wrong color. I ordered Treat Yourself (clearly documented on my order) and received Hey Hey. When I tried to return, I was informed that I could not return and a recommendation to contact "US" was offered. When I acted on that offer, my attempt went nowhere. A lesson to purchase from local retailers. At least you can return.
