Vitamin D with K2 in coconut oil
I've been buying this for years because VitD *must* be taken with fat to be properly absorbed by the body. Most brands either lack the fat or use toxic seed oils. These use coconut oil, which is a healthier option. Most people are not getting enough sunshine to have healthy levels of (the hormone) Vitamin D, but supplementation can fix the health issues that deficiency creates.

Definitely great immune booster
I love it! Feels like it has helped my mood, energy and immune system! I have been around several sick people feeling like I would be the next one to come down with the flu's that are going around. But I have yet to come down with any!! Crossing my fingers it continues!
