Gift for my grand daughter. She loved it

I was surprised that this small doll doesn't lay down - it's legs don't articulate, nor does it's head. It will always be in the crawling position. It's adorable, and it has a "hatch" that opens in her back (for removing "food" fed to the doll) and comes with a bib.

My granddaughter is 2 and she loves her baby doll. Takes it everywhere. 💕it’s cute and made very good. I have always loved baby alive dolls. My own girls had them now my grand girls get to get them.

This doll is super cute and lots of fun. We really like all the super snacks dolls, and this is no exception. The berry molds are super cool. We made a whole bowl of them out of all the solid doll food it comes with. We also have other baby alive molds we use as well. What is cooler about this doll is that she can handle anything dry, so we have given her small crackers, dried beans, uncooked rice, dry cereal, and so on, and we just pretend it’s mushy and wet like what a real baby would eat. We also got a baby bottle and poked a larger hole in the nipple and put sugar in it to make dry milk. It works great! We also use colored play sand and pretend it’s liquid, like smoothies and such. But we quickly learned not to give her Real liquid. Even though the instructions say not to do that, we thought it would be ok since a lot of other people were doing it and didn’t seem to have a problem with it. But we gave her one ounce of water from a baby alive bottle, and half of it ended up in her head. I spent a half an hour vigorously shaking the doll in different positions to get it all out. Thankfully, I was able to get it all out, but we won’t be doing that again. The reason I gave the doll four stars instead of five is because I really wish she had been designed differently so that she could be fed both liquids and solids. My daughter doesn’t like having to switch out her dolls when she wants to use different foods, especially since she gets really attached to one and then gets disappointed when we have to switch out the doll to feed something else to it. My husband and I would both be on here giving this doll raving reviews if it was designed for eating liquids and solids, as well as for being submerged in water to take a bath. But we both agree that we can’t really complain too much because the doll functions as advertised. That being said, we bought some rubber tubing and stuck it in the food passageway and fed her liquids that way. It worked pretty well, but the doll looks weird with a tube sticking out of her mouth, so we don’t really do that very much. If you do try that, look for tubes with an outer diameter of 14 millimeters. That’s what fits best, but be prepared to wrestle the thing in there. Also, don’t give her more than two ounces of liquid at a time through the tube because it increases the chances of it getting inside of her head and limbs. Also make sure to change her diaper right away, or else the liquid will start soaking into the seams where her legs attach to her body. As you can see, even after trying to rig it, liquids still don’t work very well. All in all, this really is a fun doll, and though we really wish they had designed it differently, we really can’t complain since she does work as advertised, and Hasbro was upfront about the fact that you shouldn’t give her liquids.

I thought this doll was super basic when I opened it… and it is a little strange looking… but my 3 year old niece played with this for hours!!! I gave her real food, like almonds and cereal to play with, she would eat some and feed the baby some. We also used the play dough, but overall this ended up being a very fun toy.
