This shouldve been a great middleman neck harness; instead, after 2 weeks of use, the chin cushion broke, rendering the chin strap useless. Secondly, the velcro is very thin and cheap. If it broke on me, it'll break in you, chances are.

The head harness for performing neck exercises is very sturdy and sit tight on the head thanks to the chin strap. You also can make adjustments to fit your head, but you still have to buy the right size for you. I am very pleased with the product.

Good product, especially when paired with resistance bands. Saves a ton of money compared to other products on the market. You just need to get a little creative.
