How is this for holding nitro pills?

I don't take nitro anymore, but it has a great seal that's not dependent on the full pill size

Same answer as Jim G. There are metal pill containers that u can attach to your keychain ... But yes the aspirin wrist band I have now for about 8 months I wear it 24/7 ... Except when I take a bath/shower.

I question for seller, I have purchased about 10 of these since I had my heart issue. 3 of them lost the back, can I buy just the back?
