No sugar
Very neutral tasting cereal not sweet, but still good. I always eat it with berries, very healthy cereal I would not buy grocery processed cereals ever.!

My favorite cereal!
I have been eating this cereal for years. It is probably the healthiest cereal on the market, but does cost more than others. Grocery stores in my area quit carrying it I guess because it is expensive. But it has everything you want in a cereal, like sprouted whole grains! Read the label…nothing but ingredients good for the body. That said, I wish Amazon would pack them better as the box arrives in sad shape and the contents more crushed than they should be. So I probably won’t be ordering this item anymore from Amazon. I know Amazon is trying to reduce packing materials but some items need a little bit of packing.

Packing cereal in a bag doesn't work
The cereal arrived in a bag. Boxes crushed and partly open Cereal ok, just smashed into small pieces.Are shipping boxes, even when recycled, now out of use?
