We like ours very sufficient

Bought this a few months ago, used it 3 times, and have to fix the rollers so that it feeds the paper properly when trying to make a physical copy of something placed on the glass! For some reason, when printing from the same exact tray though, it will feed properly if you scan first, and print from the app? Doesn't make sense. Also, last time I tried to print a pic, ink was smeared all over the photo paper and running! For some reason, both instances, the machine has a mind of it's own, because it was working just fine, but then all of a sudden, without changing any of the settings, or doing anything different, BLAH! This was very expensive to have this happen brand new with only doing 3 tasks on it out of the box. Not happy, and very frustrating to have to "repair" already.

It works very well on regular 8 1/2 x 11 and copying. Do not recommend for pics 4x6. It jams frequently and have a friend with the same model and have the same problem with 4x6 picture prints.

Purchased April 2024. DEC 2024, printer fails. I call epson, it is under warranty still. Epson informs me I do not have the warranty, but BESTDEAL(SN Recorded) owns the warranty. Epson will not honor the warranty return. I contact BESTDEAL(SN Recorded) and they will not honor the warranty and tell me to call Epson. Endless cycle. Do NOT buy anything from BESTDEAL(SN Recorded) as they are a scam company with zero accountability after they take your money.

I’ve had this for over 1-1/2 and have used every feature and function it has with every media it accepts. From card stock to the highest quality photo paper to vinyl sticker paper and everything in between, I’ve put it through this printer. The good thing is pretty much in every regard the print was exceptional to acceptable and never going below that. The bad thing is I pretty much to all my printing wirelessly from my iPhone Epson’s app is absolutely abysmal with an iPhone. When you send anything to Epson’s app called SmartPanel it turns blurry. It’s ridiculous. You can easily see the difference in the pictures. Its compatibility with Pages is pretty much nonexistent and lately I started having a very serious and frustrating issue regardless of if I print via AirPrint or SmartPanel. Anything I print, it doesn’t matter what it is, it print about have a page then it says the print had to be aborted and asks if I want to cancel or try again. This is extremely angering when printing on expensive media as it just wastes it. I reached out to Epson and they got back to me saying I have to call customer service which I’ll be doing sometime in the next few days. I’ll update with what happens but I cannot recommend this printer, way too many issues.

Print quality is good. Now the negative...this is by far one of the slowest printers I have ever used. My $100 printer prints at about the same quality but twice as fast. In this case spending the extra money did not work in my favor.

The nozzle gets clogged if not used for a period of time .which is very troublesome .It has been broken in less than three years since I bought it ...Can't find the service.
