The pump did not work, so I have asked for a replacement. The seller acted very promptly and send me a replacement without any hustle. There is no problem with this product and the pump is working fine. I just hope, I will have some good results, regarding my brown age spots. That will only be seen after some time.I will be sending the faulty previous pack on Monday.A responsible seller.

Lovely feeling serum
First bottle I bought wwouldn't pump out and there is no way of returning. However, Amazon did refund me immediately and I reordered. It is a really lovely serum. Whether it wouks for hyperpigmentation or not, I don't know as still early days but I will update when it's been a few months.

Made me break out - WEIRD smell
I am super sensitiva to smell and this wasn’t it! It smelled off so I can assume it is a case of poor quality, opened already (though an super vigilant)Made me break out, but the texture of the serum is nice.

Doesn’t work
This product doesn’t do what it says. It has not reduced hyperpigmentation or dark patches. It feels nice and smells nice but that’s about it. Don’t waste your money

Glass look feel
If you're looking for the glass look, this is a great product to use as a base.I used it after cleansing and before my moisturiser and spf. I have now ran out so I've placed another order as its just such a great product at a great price. And a little goes a long way.Paired this with the Inkey list water based moisturiser.

Very good for hyperpigmentation
Very good product for hyperpigmentation, you can use it day and night, it's good product need just some patient, I'm using it with alpha arbutin from ordinary, use alpha first after this product day and night, just for woman suffering from hyperpigmentation ❤️
