Before purchasing this kit, my nipples were more like buds with both diameter and height just over 1/8” in each direction. I am now on day 9 of using the kit, and both the diameter and height are approaching 1/2” in each direction. Obviously, they will shrink down and soften a bit when at rest and in a completely relaxed state, but when chilly or the goosies run over me, when stimulated or excited, or when active, they now return to their new heightened and full shape. Their silhouette is now quite visible through many of my bras and tops. I should say, I don’t like padded bras. I typically use the machine one time a day, sometimes two, on level 9 and on the consolidate mode setting. Believe me, it has more than adequate power to do the job, and it can be extremely stimulating. While the machine by itself is great, Do Not dismiss the effectiveness and intent of the manual suction cups. I use these more than the machine. I sleep in them, I wear them underneath my bras, and I wear them around the house when I don’t have one of my bras on. Believe me, when properly applied, and it’s not difficult, they really extend and widen your nipples. Just follow the manufacturer’s instructions, but do invest in a good nipple cream or nipple butter. It makes a difference in how well the nipple cups attach and stay on your nipples, it helps to keep them moist and comfortable, and it helps to avoid cracking of your nipple surface tissue. The nipple butter I purchased is called Nipple Crack. It’s all natural, and the manufacturer says completely safe if a baby gets it in its mouth. In fact, I use it on my lips as well as my nipples. I love this product. When first using the suction from the machine or the manual cups, you may experience some clear or pinkish discharge. I did, and it was harmless. It stops as soon as the suction is removed. After about three days of use, I no longer experienced any type of discharge. One note of warning—don’t allow the fluid to get sucked into the machine. The manufacturer says, while the initial discharge is perfectly normal, any fluid that gets sucked into the machine can damage it. Also, your nipples may be a little sensitive when you first begin using the products. It’s only mildly uncomfortable, and it dissipates quickly. With the manual cups, it dissipates within a minute or so, and then you will honestly forget you are wearing them. With the machine, where some of the modes have a continuous sucking action, you will probably feel it throughout the session, but it has not been painful for me, instead, quite stimulating. Bottom line, I love this kit. Both the electric and manual components are highly effective. This is one of the most useful and satisfying purchases I have made in quite come time. The price could seem high to some, but for what you get, how effective it is, and how much you will use it on a daily basis, it is an absolute value. Based on the results of my first 9 days, I can’t wait to see my results after 3 or 4 months. March 9, 2024 Update - I have not used this device in several months, and I can honestly say, I have nipples, which are fuller and more fully extended, as if it is the way they have always been. In fact, my new norm is for them to be full and perky way more often than not, and they are so firm, they press through all my bras, even when I am wearing a lined t-shirt bra, that they gently protrude through all my clingy tops. This device is so therapeutic with regard to what it was designed for. I could not be happier.

I am working on making my nipples protrude a bit more. They are not flat they have just never been as sexy as I would like. I have never had kids or breast fed so no real suction in the past. I tried the syringe suction method recently which was a great start but the syringes stick out a lot getting in the way and just pull rather than a sucking method. I also have been using the bands (rubber silicone type) which helped but sometimes would fall off when things calmed down. I still like the bands sometimes when I am mobile. This machine is the bomb! Even after the first few days my husband is loving the results and so am I. I feel there is sufficient suction for my needs and I use all of the four settings. There are 9 levels and I never need to go to 9 with 4 to 6 being my sweet spot. I love the fact that it is a USB charger and no batteries are required. It is not too noisy and can be relaxing or a huge turn on. I highly recommend this awesome machine that truly works! (At least for me.) My nipples are so much more sensitive and the are at attention a good majority of the day. I pump 10 to 20 minutes once or twice a day. The extra set of suction cups that come with it are great to use afterwards or anytime to keep you nips pumped up while still being able to do things around the house. They work better than the tan set I bought on Amazon plus since they are clear you can see how full the suction cups are. This has added an extra level to our love life in a very positive way.

Initially on opening the box I loved the length of the tubing and size of machine made me think I’d have a little more freedom than being stuck to a wall (like with my spectra S2, IYKYK). However straight out of the box, the display didn’t respond or light up at all. Also would only turn on if plugged into the wall but didn’t have any sort of pattern, rather sounded like it was about to blow up at any given minute. And to top it off, it wouldn’t hold a charge at all. Figured this wasn’t returnable due to the nature of the product so it’s done nothing but collect dust. Save your money.

They seem to be under the impression that invented nipples are all small when corrected, which is quite silly if one has breastfed before. They work great to correct the issue but I immediately fill up the cup and cut off the intake so they don’t pump, which means I have to kind of rapid fire pump for a few seconds at a time…every other nipple product I’ve purchased has size options because of the, you know, size differences of human bodies…and I’ve seen a lot of other people mention it. The company should listen, because nothing boosts sales like a mom spreading the word about an effective product! UPDATE: became completely unusable after a few days. Gave to a friend with much smaller nipples and she had the same issue after a week. Make bigger cups PLEASE! Skin stretches-the intake should be much further away from the base.

the design was good and the price was ok the function is just okay. the size is perfect not to big and not too small and there is a mild discomfort first-time user for a while. but my only complaint is that it heat up burning hot I'm sure it was supposed to do that.

Ich nutze sie mit Creme und hatte bisher kein Problem das sie nicht halten. Ich kann sogar mit ihnen durch die Gegend laufen ohne das sie abfallen. Für mich definitiv eine sehr Lust volle Angelegenheit ;-) Die Nippel becher in L habe ich nach bestellt. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Ich hoffe die Freude hält lange an.
