this thing allows for more freedom to do what needs to be done with a lav mic. It's nice to be able to stick your phone on a tripod and do a how to vid or product review with out yanking your mic off periodically.

Works great, seems solid.
Works as you'd expect. Just a tiny bit of feedback reported by the person hearing my voice. With this length of cable and my Phone Earbuds and Mic, that's too be expected.
