Patio Wise PWBT-023 Space Saver Condo/Balcony Table

Pro: It's functionally as advertised, a fold out table that can attach to a balcony railing.Cons:* it's NOT a nice wood color as shown. Instead it's that fakely orangish brown stain colored of cheap furniture that is attempting and failing to look like redwood...* It arrived with one of the hinges already slightly broken, specifically the wood adjacent to the screw had snapped off, due to the screw being about 1/16 of an inch from the edge of the wood and thus obviously wood not strong enough to hold it. Speaking of hinges, they are the extremely tiny and* While advertised as a balcony table, as stated in the sheet accompanying the product, the stain used is a "water-based stain. If used outdoors, it is recommended that this product be re-painted with waterproofing stain". Huh? Pretty crappy for its intended purpose of being outdoors.* Cost is WAY more than the quality dictates. This would be more of a standard $20-$30 item at a garden or outdoor shop for item like this.* table top is ~25.5" off ground, with 24.5" clearance underneath. While dimensions state it is 30"high, that's measured to the 2 posts that affix it to the railing, which probably isn't what anyone cares about. Strictly speaking that's my errant assumption about table height, but... It's a very snug fit to use as anything to eat off of and to fit under with a patio chair.

I was a little hesitant to order this as the review it had was not a good one. However it looked to be perfect for my small deck so I decided to give it a try. I am pleased with this product! The size is great and I love the easy fold up and down feature. It's handy for a lot of uses. We are using it next to our grill for extra space to put food but you could use it for any variety of reasons. The directions were just ok but we had no trouble with assembly. Yes I would recommend this product!

Works perfectly for what we needed - something low cost since it would be outside and in the rain potentially. W/ the ability to use for our small patio breakfasts. - Only downside is the the tension that keeps the table secure to the wall can sometimes become loose with temp change and weather, however this is likely unavoidable. Would purchase again!

I work from home and was looking for a way to sit outside on my small balcony and work. This is prefect. The only thing sometimes the prices that hold the table up that fold in when you put the table down get caught and risk splintering. But as long as your careful this is a great addition to any small balcony.

Expectations met!!!

Table was easy to attach to my deck I have a 1 bedroom condo with a small deck so this works perfect as a sturdy table, then folds down out of the way when I don't need it. I really like this table.
