If you are unsure about the basic math or basic parlance of aslightly more advanced level of operations within real estate, thenstart here. I did. And from it I have taken Peter Harris on boardas one of my informal mentors. He has no idea!Peter’s direct and straight-to-the-point discussion, description,and working of a problem really resonate with me. He is also anengineer. His approach is logical and in the format I am used towhen seeking solutions to problems.I cannot recommend this book highly enough if you intend onpursuing commercial property ownership of some type.

Worth a read. Contains useful information on how to find people and properties. Also has great tips and warnings on legal, due diligence, financing and operations. Worth a read.

Good book to Read even if you are a seasoned investor. Just gives you new ideas.

Very thorough and insightful with lots of suggestions and links to resources that you will need.I loved it and got a tremendous amount of great information that I'm sure to use.
