I just installed the first filter, so I'll have to wait to see how long it lasts and if it holds up well. It's not easy to find these filters to fit my Honeywell dehumidifier, so I was pleased to find these online. They shipped quickly and seem to fit well.

These filters are great quality and a good value. BUT, the filtration rating (MERV 13) is designed to catch very fine particles, thus it also restricts airflow much more than a lower-rated filter (I'd guess a 30% flow reduction over the MERV 10 we had before). We have a new geothermal system so it can handle the flow restriction, but older air handlers may not. Our house air quality is much improved, but in the future I may go with a lower MERV rating to get better flow.

I liked that the filters arrive in one box that I use for storage since it takes 3 years to use them up. They also collapse and fold easily when it’s time to dispose them. They look pretty gray and dusty when I change them so I suppose that means they re working!

The filters are fine, they were delivered during a storm and stayed out several hours in the pouring rain. The filters had no interior packaging, not even a plastic wrap. Yes, the delivery guy should have covered the exterior boxing with a bag, but so be it. the filters required drying.
