This company contacted me after my previous 1 star review, they offered to resend the camera at no cost to me if I would retry. After a few back & forth emails I now have the camera and it works!! They follow up in the email exchange was to find up what my system was and they preset the camera!! This may be something some would want to take advantage of for a SMALL addition fee. IA AM ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. I WOULD highly RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THIS A TRY!!

This camera rocks
This camera is a super buy the picture quality is crisp and clear. Would definitely purchase again. Ive been sharing the views with friends on the island who are also interested in purchasing and setting up their security systems and so far they love it .Wish I had a full system to show the features of this camera.

I purchased this camera after comparing with similar products on Amazon and other sites.Mostly due to clear description on specificstions. If you look at other similar products, they are pretty vague about what the specifications are. This was by far the clearest on their specifications.I took my chance regardless of the bad review but glad that I bought it. You need to know what you have on the recording side and adjust the setting accordingly. Not rocket science here. Easy to use.
