Coming from a Genovese family, polenta is a staple. Instant saves a lot of time and labor. Stir and stir and stir and the clock keeps ticking. The tradeoff is that most, in fact, all other instants, are thin and runny and lack the rich, silky creaminess of polenta. No Valsugana. This polenta offers the rich creaminess of real polenta without the drudgery. Without a doubt, the best.

This Italian polenta is versatile for East Indian cooking. Seems to also not cause allergies in my case.

Simply the best polenta around. My mom loves it!
