I haven't seen any weight loss with this product but it keeps my digestive system balanced.

I take this as suggested, and I can see my body is starting to lose weight. I also like that it is very to take. The capsules are in mid size which are very easy to swallow.

Works great. Make sure you drink enough water though!! It will cause PAINFUL bloating if you don't.
