HOW TO TIE THE PANTS (as suggested by one of the customers): hold both of the ties on the back and tie them together forward around your stomach, then reaching between your legs grab the front of the pant bringing it forward and tie the front ties in the back (or vise versa back first then the front, this will change the way they open at the sides). Just tying the left front to the left back and right front to right back (ties sitting on hips rather than lower back and lower belly) you will have a lot of excess material.
