Very easy to install and effective. Easy to use. It took 1 minute to install each one. Great that you can deactivate them so easily since we only have our grandchild 3 days a week.

The idea for these locks is great, however actually using them and the included hardware was a major fail! I wasn't comfortable with the sticky application so I asked my husband to use the included screws and mount the locks more permanently (we have small children and wanted to make sure chemicals were more safely locked up). He broke at least 8 screws in our cabinets trying to install these locks. The screw heads broke right off so that the rest of the screw is permanently stuck in our cabinet door. He tried slower speeds on his drill and pre drilling holes and still the included screws broke. The sticky adhesive application worked ok, but I wasn't convinced my rough boys would not break through.8/2/17 Update-I was contacted by the seller and he offered a full refund for the safety locks. The seller did offer great communication all along the way and was very helpful!

I got another brand of the same thing a few days ago. I need more, so I decided to give this one a try. Overall much lower quality than another brand. The installation bracket came broken. But even not broken, I don't see how this bracket can work equal to another brand. I definitely won't buy it again. And I will return this to Amazon

These work great. Initial install is a bit more time consuming than expected as lining it up it's important. There is not much opportunity to error as the tape is not reusable. Pleased with the end result however and the outlet gaurds are a nice addition. We used these in the kitchen and we have the keys on the screws on switches or leave it high on the fridge.

I really like the idea of this product. The problem is it doesn’t work so well. It’s very hard to install to lineup the two so the lever connects and hold the door shut. It’s also not that hard to open it if you yank really hard. Very disappointed. Tried to use it to keep out a 12-year-old. Not successful.

I wish they were a little stronger. My one year old was determined enough to pull through one locked cabinet already. But for the initial "tug" it does the job to keep him out and lose interest in trying for the most part

These are awful. We installed these on all our lower cabinets and apparently my my 14 mo old son is a bodybuilder in his spare time because he was able to pull the doors open with no problem we should have just used those old school drill in ones.
