Loved this , it's a fun bookend , brought as a Christmas gift for a Book loving Star wars Fan. Yoda comes detached and just slots into the base , you need to use a little force to ensure he is fixed into place , once books are in place it looks like Yoda is using the force to hold the books up . Great gift , would recommend.

So much fun! My Star Wars loving husband has this on his book shelf and it looks exactly like the picture.

This is a well made item but you only get one end which is a bit disappointing.
