I love this shake. It really has no flavor, which is wonderful! I hate the flavored ones because of the sweeteners in them. I mix a banana, cashew or almond milk, ice, a tiny bit of vanilla extract in a shake blender. OMG this is amazing. You could add your own flavors. IT IS AMAZING and I am impressed.

Exactly what I needed
NO SWEETENERS, not stevia, not sucralose, not aspartame, not fructose, not sucrose...you get the idea. I can’t stand any of the processed sweeteners. If I need sweet give me plain old sucrose or honey. It mixes in very well. There’s a slight “flavor” but it’s neutral. My tastebuds are very sensitive though so others might not taste it at all. It’s kind of an “oh, it has protein powder in it” kind of taste. I used it with 3/4c unsweetened unflavored almond milk, 1/2c plain fat free yogurt, 3/4c Dole frozen Fruit & greens, 1/2c fresh blueberries, 1/2c fresh raspberries, 1 medium banana, blended in a Vitamix. Again, I could still “taste” it, but it wasn’t disagreeable.

FINALLY! A product without horrible sweeteners and aftertaste!
For the past several years I've been looking for a meal replacement that tastes decent. Nearly all had artificial sweeteners or Stevia. Others had an off taste.This product is a great base for making your own shakes. No sweeteners whatsoever and an inoffensive neutral base flavor. This is what I have been searching for and I'm so happy I've finally found it.So add your favorite liquid, mine so far is soy milk but I'll be trying hemp when I get a chance, and some fruit and a little sweetener. A bullet blender is pretty much a must. My current recipe uses Blank Slate powder, soy milk, frozen mixed berries, and a little honey. Very easy to drink and no aftertaste.

Good Unflavored Shake Powder
We bought the Blank Slate due to there are no artificial sweeteners. It has no taste to speak of and does get me through the afternoon. I drink it about noon or so and then I may have a few carrots around 3, then I am good to go until supper. It is not gritty but I sometimes have trouble getting it completely mixed in with just my blender bottle but that is not too much of an issue.I do wish there were flavors I could try, would love to try the Caribbean but I just can't stand any artificial sweeteners - too much of an after taste and I do count Stevia in this category as it leaves an unpleasant after taste as well. Why can't companies just use plain old sugar (it's not the devil LOL) ?! I may try to add my own flavors to this with a touch of simple syrup, but until then or until I find a company that doesn't use the artificial stuff I will continue with this non-flavored brand.

The perfect neutral protein for smoothies and more. Blends well, no nasty aftertaste. Great product that you can feel good about using!!

I simply love it
I'm glad I just found the best of best meal replacement protein powder. I'm not sorry I wasted few hundred dollars on other powders. If something does not work (it has chemical aftertaste or tastes too sweet or unnatural) I simply trash it. At beginning I felt that chocolate flavor will work best, but soon I realized that vanilla is most practical and useful in the long run.It tastes to me very natural, not too sweet just like Italian vanilla ice cream. I simply love it.
