easy to mount, fits my Sharp TV exactly. Goes up and down as I wish, rotates easily. lies flat against the wall when I need it to. tension adjustable to allow it to accommodate the weight of the tv

Says this fits up to a 60" and my tv is a 55" and of course again I get a mount that does not fit, so I ended up modifying it so it would work
