very nice product, reviewing it again after 2 yrs of use

Not meet the expectations as I expected. I returned the same due to sone defects again received the same with other defects. This may be product quality issue or production batch issue . Need to improve the quality to maintain the brand name. I purchased since am using this brand from last 10 years and I have the good trust. So I never expect such quality issue will face. However it’s upto to personal preference/experience.

The item build quality is more like a fake prestige made in India..the grooves are hard to lock and the valve part is not effective and steam escapes through it

I used to use electric cooker which generally took arnd half an hour for normals and 1 hour for heavy dals to cook. But this cooker did job well, its quick to cook and easy to wash

The product has a poor build quality. We got the item on the same day thanks to Amazon delivery but unfortunately it wasn't what we expected. The gasket doesn't fit in the lid and is loose. The lid itself wasn't attaching to the cooker and leaving scratches all over. Have requested a return immediately.

Please DO NOT order this product from Amazon ever or this type of product where it is from third party seller. There is no support from Amazon to solve for any refunds or returns. Customer service simply does not agree to do anything. Third party seller is not ready to take back the product. Product has chemical residues inside. Ideally any agencies or FTC/Consumer protection agencies should review all such third party products on amazon. This has happened to me and I believe with many of us and Amazon does not care as they are not the manufacturers. yes it is written in T&Cs but why they should be even allowed to sell such product where they are taking profit margin either way - customer like the product or not. In any situation, it works in amazon's favour. Like a big platform rent company and dont care about the actual impacts on either side of the parties involved in transactions!! I would have given 0 stars if it is possible.

The cooker did not work properly for even 1 year. First 6 months was ok after that it started to leak steam and the whistle does not blow. This is the condition in just 9 months. Even giving 500 rs is not worth off. Better I shud have bought a cooker from a local shop. Prestige performance is definitely not prestigious.

Bought this cooker last month . Performance is good and it will work in both induction and stove
