Good idea, bad execution!
I purchased 2 of these units with the purpose of tracking business miles, for tax reporting.I would NOT recommend purchasing these for that purpose, as the trip data is very inaccurate. I am missing about 20% of my total miles, compared to what they report versus what my odometer reports. This could result in $1000s of dollars in unreported miles on my annual tax return. And yes, I have turned in a tech support ticket, where they did nothing except ask me to do their research for them. They want me to provide exact trips, exact times, and exact miles driven. If I had all that information, I wouldn't need them or their product. All they have to do is compare where one trip ended and where the next trip started. If they don't match, that's BAD. Please don't charge me for a product, then ask me to do Quality Assurance testing for your company.Second, and this is big for anyone concerned about their personal data, I am receiving trip data for other users. This data shows their name and location. I would really prefer that other people, I don't know, don't have my name and location.Also, the website is very buggy. Lot's of error message received.And, no, this is not a hit piece from another company. That is what they like to claim on any bad review. I had just hoped for something reliable.

Stay away. The user interface is from 2 decades ago. I wanted to use this to moniter a fleet so tried it out with a single unit. I've found the interface to be very complicated land not useful many times. They have chosen complexity over simplicity and have not designed is for the lowest common denominator (user). You have to pass through many clicks and screens to see where the car is, which in the basic plan is useless as it will show 1 reading a day. All in all I don't know who they're appealing to because there are many competitively priced products out there that do the job much better.
