Q: Can I use my stock fog light switch with these?

You probably could. These are led so they dont pull much more than 2 amps max. I have mine wired through the PIAA relay included in the kit on my motorcycle.

Q: The manufacturer suggests these LP550 lights are for use with high beam lights only or can you use with low beam also?

The LP Series lights are SAE-Y compliant, meaning that they are an Auxiliary high beam ("driving") lamp. SAE-F compliant lamps (Fog) are allowed to be ran in tandem with your low beams and that is dependent upon your local regulations.

Q: What is the depth of these lights?

With the cover/stone gurad on the front, they measure approximately 4 1/2 inches deep, and 5 1/2 inches in diameter. Hope this helps. Titus Hicks.

Q: is the base/brackets issue the reason of the discount? Could you assure me this Kit is no longer a problem with the base? Is it a recent model?

Not sure about the discount - it seems the bracket will depend which seller who you order from as some sellers have older inventory. Mine was directly from Amazon fulfillment and had the reinforced bracket.
