I discovered this effective, natural product quite a few years ago, and I'm so glad to have such a simple, effective way to clear my nasal passages! It's a little spendy, but worth every penny! Gave excellent result of sinus opening for better sleep, lasting for hours, but often required spouse disturbing snorting & sniffling to get fully into sinus without dripping, and often resulted in sneezing.

While it does not clear the sinuses like afrin does, it clears up smaller things and keeps it moist. I like this a lot better than Flonase.
