This is an unusual mustard, but has some really creative applications. I've smoked a pork should and using leftovers, we make a pizza from scratch. Adding a bit of this mustard to the pizza sauce layer, adds a whole new dimension. I cook the pizza on the grill with some smoke chips. Great hit with friends and family.

Best mustard I've ever tasted! If you're a fan of honey mustard, this is ten steps above. Perfect blend of sweet heat. I bought this on a trip to "Cheesemongers" in Leavenworth, Washington, and will definitely be reordering somehow when I run out; it will be a staple in my house from now on.
