I have tried everything from compression stockings, exercise, supplements, massage, medication and nothing kept me from nocturnal leg and foot cramps. I might get a reprieve for a few nights but they always returned. The 10 inch elevation pillow stopped them completely. Stopped muscle twitches in my legs at night,too. This leg elevation pillow also re-positioned my sleeping so my back no longer hurts upon waking. I've learned to sleep on my back so this worked for me. If you are a side sleeper, I am not sure how you will fair with this because it is HUGE! It takes up a lot of space. Pleasantly surprised that this pillow did not take much time to fluff up.

I struggle with neuropathy in my feet and have learned that sleeping on my back with my legs and feet elevated seems to help. Using regular bed pillows was a pain so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm very impressed with the results and with the product. Well made and perfect size for me. BUT... I am 6'6" tall. As other reviews have said "This thing is HUGE". Someone who is not tall might want to look at smaller options but just pay close attention to the dimensions listed and make your own call.

I absolutely love this pillow!! I’ve done many years of work that requires me to be on my feet for long hours with little time for rest, and my legs and feet were starting to suffer. This pillow has saved my legs from discomfort!!! I love this pillow so much! It’s so comfy and soft and i had relief within a few days of using it. I wasn’t expecting it to be so wide, but honestly I don’t mind. I think the other thing I did wish it had was a handle or something so I could adjust it without moving too much, but it’s a nonissue compared to the comfort I get from it.The packaging was great! The plastic was a little hard to get off, but once I did, it puffed up to the correct shape and size within a few minutes!And as a bonus, the cat loves it as well!

The height is perfect to raise foot above the heart to prevent swelling after surgery. It seems to be good quality and will hold up well for that purpose.

First of all made in China. It comes shrink wrapped in a plastic cylinder shape. My first thought it was the wrong item—how can an 8 inch high leg rest fit in this little cylinder. After opening, it was 6 1/4 inch on the front end and tapered down to 4 1/2 inch on the end. Waited one day, and little improvement. Needs to advertise different measurement. Maybe after a week or so it “might” expand a little more. However when it’s been compressed for so long, probably never reshape to the design they advertise!

I've never written a review before but want to say that this leg lift pillow is a very good product. I bought the 10" and am so glad that I did. The foam is dense but soft. It's light enough that it's fairly easy to move about. One suggestion I would have for the manufacturer would be to put some sort of handle on the large end. Obviously you don't leave something of this size lying on the bed through the day. It's size makes it a little cumbersome to move so it might be a good idea to attach a strap of sorts to the side seams and across the wider end of the pillow. Other than that, I can say that it has helped to ease my leg pain at night and I am very pleased with it.

I have spinal stenosis and pinched nerves going to both legs. I purchased this wedge for use in bed, to provide a different angle of elevation than my adjustable bed could give me. I am happy to report that it is working perfectly! The angle and lift are giving my L4 to S1 the relief they need, in order to reduce inflammation. The wedge is wide enough for me to comfortably relax my legs, without having one or the other (or both!) falling off in the night. My only complaint is that it does slide on my sheets…if I have a restless night, the wedge will shift towards the foot of the bed. I will come up with a solution for that, eventually. Now, I only need to budget in the purchase of a second one, to use in my lift chair, so that my legs are sufficiently elevated to reduce my edema!

The pillow provides great support, but beware it is way longer than indicated in the photo. At 30", there is no way your feet will hang over the end if you are an average or even tallish person. At 5'8" I had to take a scissors and cut away some of the padding at the end to provide clearance for my heels. Otherwise, my ankles and feet would have been really sore by morning.Not sure why they dont make the pillow with dimensions more like the one depicted - it would be much better.

Glad I paid a little extra to get a little extra height in the pillow. No more lower back pain for me

It's a great product to begin with. How foolish of me to returned my first order of elevation pillow to Amazon thinking you may have shipped the wrong item to me, it's after I placed a second order did I realised the product was folded up for easier shipping and storage. Lesson learnt, don't judge a book by it's cover. Great job, guys
