Good food
I buy this as my dog has chronic enteropathy so needs a hydrolyzed diet. He digests food well as have four meals a day it doesn't have any nasty smells. No problem since being on this food

Suitable food for 'itchy' dogs!
This food is mainly suitable for dogs with skin problems like itching and/or scratching. It's a whole tin of mousse texture food consisting mainly of vegetables but not that wet. However the taste is not really exciting and might need a broken up treat to improve the flavour. There is no bad or specific smell to the food and once cut up a bit more in the bowl it is easy to eat.Quality is good but have a bowl of water alongside.

It works along with the kibble and probiotic
I recommend this along with the kibble and the purina probiotic if you have strong indications of allergies and runny poos, it means you can focus on training and get nutrition in without a worry. Its expensive but you have to accept the cards youre given. I cant afford more than a tin a day but using it with the kibble i make it work. If you want to save money you can do just kibble and while its tasteless can last a month. i like to give a tin of wet food for texture and the probiotic for flavour these sachets can be given daily like £0.50. You might have a picky dog so you can try that combo but people that say dog wont eat it sometimes you have to make a health decision and give whats best. Mine will eat it and i use kibble and food toys. My puppy will work for his last meal of kibble playing a scent game and i used to use treats. The kibble is useless for training outside but for that we use toys. You can transition a spoilt puppy to this food just use food toys and not feel guilty its better than runny poos and possibly cause health issues.

Good product
My puppy can only eat soft food at the moment, the Dental hospital recommended this for him after he had to have his front top six teeth removed owing to his bite being wrong. He can only lick his food up so this is ideal.

Very good
My dog has suffered with runny poos on and off for 18 months and we were advised to try him on a food plan by the vet. He recommended this food and the kibble for him. He really likes this food, it's settled down his stomach and seems to be doing the job. He's had no issues at all with this food. It's a really thick mousse so it lasts him 3/4 feeds per tin(he's a cocker spaniel) with a bit of chicken. It's expensive to buy but it lasts him over a month so is worth it. There's no smell to the food so I'm unable to say actually what it's meant to taste off but my dog really enjoys it and that's the main thing. He's had very few problems with his poo now so it must be better for his health/digestion. Delivered when they say they'll deliver it. I'd recommend if you want to try your dog on this as it seems to have done the trick and he's also put on weight which he needed to. Happy with this product.

Always works at meal times
My dog is primarily fed the dry kibble version, sadly the 'Purina HA Hypoallergenic' kibble tastes of nothing really (yes.....you heard me correctly.......i have tried it!); i do love my dog and you kind of get desperate to understand why they stop eating - i now mash a tiny bit of the HA 'mousse' into the feed when he goes off his kibble (my dog clears the lot when you add wet food with the kibble......its amazing). I blush to admit, i've tried the mousse too; the Hypoallergenic food is supprisingly inoffensive - to me it tastes similar to 'custard cream' biscuits......in the after bite taste (who would have known!?) oh!....I forgot to mention, we were told by the vet to use kibble; as it helps keep his teeth cleaner - so we use the small cans to spruce-up his feed (sparingly) i think its the change in texture that keeps our dog eating and interested at meal times.
