Feels good, looks good, and it works great. I've been playing Megaman Aniversary with this and I love it.Edit: I talked to someone who actually owned a SNES for their opinion. He said the shoulder buttons felt completely different. The a, b, x, and y buttons aren't quite as springy as the authentic SNES buttons, but to his surprise, the D-Pad was very accurate.He didn't like the L and R buttons. Personally, I thought they felt great, only because I haven't used the original SNES controller for around 15 years.Note: The D-Pad is registered as an analog stick when you set up the controller. All that this means is that your PC will recognize it a bit differently than you'd expect and that you can't press left and right or up and down at the same time (this is impossible without modifying the controller anyways).

Great for my retropie rig. Immediately detected and work great. Cable is a good length and work fine with my 6ft usb extension cables. There is only one flaw and that is the start/select buttons aren't easily read. In my dark man cave you can't easily see what button is which. For an old guy like myself I know where the buttons are but my 6 yr old playing a 25yr old game doesn't. I still recommend these for any retro gaming platform.

The controller has worked great so far, though from time to time the arrow buttons don’t want to respond correctly. It’s almost as though they get stuck. But overall, decent enough product to let me play old SNES games online.

The controller works great. I am currently using it for games like Limbo, Shantae and the Pirates Curse, and Stardew Valley (with help from outside programs because it is not compatible out of the box, but I didn't expect it to). I originally had a few problems with my unit, but those were quickly dealt with. Customer service was quick for having such a small team. They responded within an hour of my original email. I am very impressed with the product for the price that it's listed at, and the outstanding customer service would give other companies a run for their money.

I've been waiting forever to get a good controller for my Raspberry Pi. Found this, checked the ratings, and decided to buy it. When it arrived, I decided to try to test the controller, and it didn't work. Tried it again today, and it didn't work. I assumed that my Raspberry Pi USB ports died, so I tried my keyboard in all four ports, and all of the ports worked. I tried all of the ports with the controller, and they didn't work. I finally realized that it was defective. Do not buy this controller, as you will be thoroughly disappointed with the quality. I'm pissed off, so I have to wait until New Year's day to get a better controller.

I purchased this July 20, 2017. It's barely been used and all of a sudden quit working on my son's laptop. I made sure all of his USB ports are active and working, and for whatever reason this controller just went kaput. When it worked it was fantastic, which is why I gave it two starts. Unfortunately, would not buy it again.

We purchase two of these. The quality could be better; the buttons are not as "clicky" as the original and the housing is pretty cheap. The cord length is great and we had no trouble getting it to work for our system. Ultimately, we're very happy with them!

The controllers work well, and I love the feel of the old fashioned d-pad after so much time using PS and Xbox controllers. They play really well and are responsive.However, I am concerned that they feel a little flimsy. Very light, which could be great or could mean they are prone to breaking. We'll see how they hold up to all the button mashing.

It does what it's supposed to do!
