These have been my go-to Melstonin's for quite some time now.The only thing I didn't like about purchasing them from here was that they were nearly three times more expensive (at least twice as much) than getting them from Walmart. (They've been hard to get at my local store lately on a regular basis.)That "Have A Great Sleep!" guige definitely wasn't worth the cost difference. It's a half sheet of card stock, at least it's printed in color. I didn't even bother to read it, I have my own sleep issues.

I’m never buying this again. Twice now, the product has come with either a missing or a damaged seal. The first bottle arrived looking like it at one time had a foil seal that had been removed. The remnants of the foil were left adhered to the rim of the bottle. The inside of the bottle had a strong chemical smell, like diesel fuel. I threw that straight in the trash.This current bottle is also going straight to the trash. It came with a foam seal, but it was not attached to the bottle, it was it the top of the lid. There is a brown substance around the edge. I’m not sure I care to know what it is. I do not recommend buying this product at all.
