The key safe is very easy to set up and install. It feels like a good quality bit of kit. The customer service surrounding this purchase is second to none. It is worth noting that there is a reasonable amount of space available inside this key safe with the key strategically positioned. Your not going to get your wallet in it but several keys on a ring should be absolutely no bother on the bottom section of the unit where it hinges. The locking mechanism itself is chuncky and robust. It certainly gives every impression that it is secure and will stand the test of time. I had a previous version of this unit on the property when I recently moved into. No code was available so cutting it off took some doing and would certainly deter any would be criminal or opportunist criminal. Let me tell you your not doing this quietly in the dead of night. It would take you all night to do it by hand and any power tools would draw attention. The price of this unit also goes in its favor. For the quality and the security it provides the price seems almost unbeatable.

Very sturdy box for keys. I got mine for inside to keep my safe keys in when we go out. It also keeps my parents out as it is inside LOL. Regarding reviewers who broke the screws when fitting...I am glad I have a friend who I call on to do my odd jobs and he automatically used his screws and plugs and power tools so the job was done in 5 minutes max. I am not a handman and never will be. I did level up and mark ready for my friend to drill etc. I used a picture level - like a small spirit level to make sure pictures are straight on the wall. I am very pleased with this key safe and it is much easier to use if the keys don't have key rings attached. If anyone is wondering where you get picture levels from I can't tell you. Mine came out of an expensive Christmas cracker years ago. As mine has "feet" at the ends of the glass tube with the bubble I can use it on rounded tops as this key safe has.

Great little safe for your keys to be, I recently locked my self out and this key safe was a godsend,otherwise I’d have to wait for one of my family members to let me in. Very well made and easy to use

Easy to install and simple to set up. Had to find out how sturdy it is after if jammed up for the third time and refused to open. Smashed it open to get the keys back out of it. Took a minute or two with a hammer so not bad on that score, shame I had to smash it open in the first place However, the seller has refunded with no hesitation so excellent customer service on their behalf. Looking at the other reviews, I'm sure mine was just a faulty one.

Robust product. Does the job. Seems just as strong as similar lock boxes costing twice as much. Very satisfied, good value and would recommend.

Arrived on time, well-packed and secure. It seems robust, well-made and looks smart. It took minutes to instal on brickwork (four screws and rawlplugs although I did not use the screws and rawlplugs supplied, which seemed too small for the purpose). If your house keys are similar to those for Fort Knox, the Crown Jewels or contain a large mortice lock key, I doubt they will fit easily. I have two Yale type keys and a small Swiss mortice and fit, although an integral hook on which to hang them would have been a great design feature.

Wir hatten unseren Ersatz-Haustürschlüssel zuvor immer in der Garage versteckt. Das wurde uns zu unsicher zumal Einbrecher Profis oft relativ schnell die "sicheren" Verstecke auffinden. Als wir zufällig diesen Schlüsseltresor in den Angeboten fanden, entschieden wir diesen zu bestellen. Er wirkt sehr robust und außerdem auch sehr unauffällig. Montiert haben wir ihn in der Garage unter einer Reihe von Aufputzschaltern und Verteilerdosen. Bei zugeschobener Klappe sieht er aus wie ein Bewegungsmelder oder Empfänger für eine Torfernbedienung. Die Eingabe eines eigenen Codes ist sehr einfach, auch wenn man der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist (Anleitung nur in englisch). Trotzdem noch einmal kurz erklärt: Im inneren der Tür befindet sich ein kleiner Schiebeschalter, diesen schiebt man auf Position "2", stellt dann auf der Vorderseite an den Zahlenrädern die gewünschte Zahlenkombination ein und schiebt den Schalter auf der Innenseite der Tür wieder auf Position "1", FERTIG! Fünf Sterne bekommt der Schlüsseltresor von uns weil er unauffällig aussieht, sehr robust ist und die Schlüssel sicher untergebracht sind und auch noch wirklich günstig ist.
