Salamander Crucible A-10 Super Clay Graphite Crucible A10 for Non Ferrous Metal

It is actually quite good quality. I followed guidelines of tempering it and seasoned it a few times before use. On my third or so use my mold broke apart and molten metal flowed freely on the floor. I grabed a bucket of water to extinguish the flames and would up accidentally splashing some on my red hot crucible! Thought it would shatter, but it seemed to be completely unaffected! ( I highly recommend you don't try it though!) I have used it three times after that so far and it still looks brand new! Remaining metal left in after a pour pulls right out. I have to say I'm impressed.
