Solid and accurate!
About oh, 15+ years ago I came across a little cube laser such as this at a show out of the country, it cost me like... $3.00 then... these days, few more bucks, who cares? My point I desire to make it I took that lil cube laser ww with me and it was affixation, attention and action on numerous platforms, lol, it seems everybody would ask me where I got it, meh... some show some place somewhere tourin' around is all I ever say... seen them out for awhile now, looked at the newer green ones, even the purple and blue ones, pretty neat actually - and best of all THEY WORK. Mine has been through recoil up to who knows what = everything I put it on thus far, and this new one is no different. They really are great little bump designators, I merely mount mine on front of my forgrip and knucklebump it on/off, always worked for me, less the batteries run out, which has happened numerious times, yet, I kept the lil laser and remembered to ALWAYS CARRY AT LEAST 2 SETS OF BATTERIES WITH YOU. From target acquisition to cat and dog toys, pretty fun lil laser on the cheap, well made, takes a serious beating and will serve you for years to follow, cheap as they are get a few, eh? : )

Seems okay, but will not fit on my pistol **edited for follow up from company**
I only give this three starts because it does not fit my Hi Point 45, and it showed up when I was searching for laser sights for that gun. It was easy to open the package and get the batteries oriented the correct way in the battery spot. However, the length of the rail on the Hi Point 45 does not allow the sites to sit flush with the tightening screw in gun-provided slot. There is metal from the lower part of the pistol that keeps the sights from sitting flush and getting a good seat on the rails.I guess I will keep these and see if they work on any future purchases. I liked the price, and the look of the product, but disappointed that they showed up on my search and I didn't read in dept enough to realize they did NOT work with my pistol.**EDIT** I was contacted by the company and we discussed the issue and I provided them the search terms I used. They did provide me a partial refund for the problems I encountered. I have increased my rating to 5 stars due to super customer service!

Always wanted a Red Dot
It became more of a distraction than a assistant on most pistols I tested. When used with a scope on a rifle was fun and easy to align with a rifle/scope already mounted and sited in. It is a good assistant for most guns you might use a rest on.

I wanted to like this...
First off, if this laser works for you, that’s great, and I sincerely mean that. I really wanted it to work for me too as an inexpensive device to throw on my nightstand gun. Well, it doesn’t...at all. First off, it barley grips the rail, and when I say “barely” I mean, one shot and this thing is going to turn a defensive situation into an Olympic discus throwing competition(see pics). Next, when I finally did get it installed, it sits crooked which is about the silliest thing ever for an aiming device. Lastly and certainly most important(to me anyways) the on/off switch is in the perfect position...if you’re a left handed shooter lol. Every “industry” laser I’ve used in the past, crimson trace, viridian, etc. the “on” switch or button if not located on the grip, was on the right side of the trigger well so that your extended index finger when off the trigger can quickly poke it on. With this one, you either have to get your weak hand fingers way to close for comfort to the business end of the firearm to quickly poke it on with your left thumb while keeping your other 4 digits closed in, or you have to break your thumbs up or thumbs forward shooters grip to extend your left hand index finger out and poke the buton. Then regrip. Either of those are a no-go for a HD/PD/QR weapon. Just my $0.02 on it. At least my kid has a cool new tactical cat toy :) Maybe I should give it another star for that...meh.

Works great!
Very small. Weaver rail can be removed to make even dmaller. Very light weight. Dont even feel it when mounted. Laser is bright. Comes with batteries and is very easy to sight in with adjustment screws.Excellent deal for the price.

Cheap construction and not designed very well to say the least.
I mean it's a cheap laser what can I say? I mean I would recommend it for anyone with a BB gun who wants a laser on it or something along those lines but don't expect it to last real long or be real user-friendly or even look all that cool unless you want to remove the little picatinny rail that's under it and even then you may have difficulty getting it into your holster because it likes to get caught on things and the buttons not really that great either or easy to get to in a hurry and after a few rounds it was definitely offsite and off Target and had to be readjusted although it did last longer than the other one on here in the $20 range but I mean like I said unless you I just wanting a cheap site for a BB gun I can't really say I would recommend this for any real firearm users although it may work on other things like rifles or something but it was a hassle on my handgun and once the batteries are dead you're kind of screwed unless you got some lying around or want to spend a bit more than what you paid for this to even get batteries for it. Not really worth the money for me though cuz there's better things out there for $10 or $15 more, way better than this as a matter of fact...

Turns Itself Under 12 Gauge Recoil.
It worked well and held zero to 10 yards but after a handful of rounds it would turn itself off after each shot. Apparently the recoil inertia triggers the switch off. It would turn back on, but obviously not what we want. So ... maybe a good toy for the cat? To be fair, perhaps this holds up better under handgun recoil. And for general self defense, with enough time for the bad guy to see, a laser does provide the intimidation factor of "not going to miss." So if you're budget is such can't afford more, then go for it. At least good for one shot. I bought this as a pure curiosity for a cheap project shotgun. Got what I paid for. It is adjustable for windage and elevation and as mentioned did hold true under recoil. No instructions or product card insert. China at its best apparently. EDIT - After this review the Seller reached out to me and made things right, hence the change in number of star rating. Caveats still apply per the review, may be fine for handgun use.
