I love it. I have started icing my face every other night and noticed a big difference how my skin feels. It takes awhile to freeze and kind of hard to open so I put it under hot water for a couple minutes before I want to use it so it’s easier to open.

My daughter(14) winded up taking over this since she sees so many videos of girls using it. She seems to love it. Cute color.

After freezing, the cap is really hard to remove. I ran it until warm water for a few minutes and it loosened enough for me to pull it off. The molded contour shape of the ice is perfect when used along the jawline.

Works

This thing is so hard to open you literally have to run it under hot water for a minute straight and then half the ice ends up falling out when using it, sometimes it also opens the wrong way and the shaped part that’s supposed to go on your face is stuck in the container and you have to use the other side.

It works well and is easy to use, other than opening it once is frozen. Extremely difficult to open, run it under warm water and you're good though.

-we ordered two of this product one from my wife and one for my daughter.We had to return both of them as they never worked and ice always breaks in pieces.The only refunded me for one for some reason and I got charge for the second one even though I return it!My advice to you do not buy!!!

Buy it now! Be sure to pull the lid softly to add your water. It doesn't mark which side to lift it and I pull it completely off. All is good after I pressed it back through the whole with a knife tip. My face is loving this! Oh and after it freezes and you're ready to use it, lift the lid and run some warm water through the heart. Once it melts a little opening will be easy.

Excellent quality product that is easy to use, great for aloe Vera ice masks! So glad I brought this product I would recommend it to anyone.
