These capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong fishy aftertaste. I like that they include omega 3-6-7-9 from pure sea buckthorn oil. After a few weeks, I feel a noticeable improvement in my skin and overall wellness. Feels like a premium, natural supplement.

I love these. These are easy to take, they don't smell, have no bad taste, or cause any side effects. I think these are very effective.

Have been taking these for a few months, now. I have been struggling with feminine dryness issues on and off for a few years. I rush ordered this one night when I was curled in bed, crying in pain for the third day straight, unsure what else to do. They were on my doorstep when I woke up. Took two pills immediately and I kid you not, my pain lessened within an hour. Miracle product. Does it make me a waterslide, no, but I haven't been in pain since. Very happy with that. Stay hydrated and add some vitamin E suppositories to this as needed and you should be feeling much better, too. I also appreciate that this brand of Sea Buckthorn does not contain carrageenan like most others. My only complaint is the bottle cap is very difficult to open. I suggest utilizing a pill organizer to have to open it less frequently. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in eyes/skin/hair/nails.
