Comfort Pointe Agean Draper Swivel Chair

We just received two of these chairs. After opening the first chair and finding dirt hand prints in three different areas after removing the plastic was just the start. I then sat in the chair and tried to rotate it but it wouldn’t. I turned it over to find 3 of the 4 bolts that go from the steel frame to the wood chair never even attached. I did try to put the bolts in the holes and tighten only to find one of the nuts inside the chair missing. I do have pictures that I forwarded to them. After a call they are wanting to send T bolts and have me finish putting this chair together. I’m asking for my money returned and they are telling me it will be a 20 percent restocking fee. This is not fair I do not feel comfortable with the construction of this chair. I never even opened the box of the second chair.

Absolutely love this chair!! I bought two to break up a very large room. Comfortable!! The swivel is great. The backs are low so they don't interrupt looking into the other part of the room. I have received many compliments on them. They are actually more of a bone white than a hospital white (which is what I wanted). Love love love!!!

Just what I ordered. They are a slightly darker red than the pictures portray, but I prefer this color. A month in and they look and feel great. Nice solid action on the swivel.
