These are Fantastic
Julian Bakery has created delicious, crunchy, healthy cracker. They are a bit expensive, but very versatile. They are awesome with chesses, obviously. I am a huge guacamole and chips guy and these have replaced tortilla chips. They are crunchier and more flavorful.

Super crunchy and delicious!
Delicious, super crunchy... and the first time I've seen a RESEALABLE zipper-style bag holding the product inside the box. Thank you!

Delicious
I bought these because they are relatively low in sodium and high in fiber - two qualities I look for. I think these are super. That makes me a little sad because I think I had best not order them again as I am inclined to binge. What makes that bad in this instance is that these crackers are chock full of seeds. Delicious crunchy seeds. Unfortunately not something I am supposed to be eating.

I love these tasty crackers!
I just love these paleo crackers. I eat a keto/low carb lifestyle and still enjoy a crunchy treat now and then and these crackers fit the bill. They have a nutty flavor that is appealing to my taste buds and are almost irresistible. The flaxseed in them tastes better to me than just eating flaxseeds in my salad. A serving size is 6 crackers and I try to only eat one serving, but fail sometimes. I have them as a snack if hungry, with tuna or egg salad or with cream cheese. I purchased them last year and missed them so I bought 3 boxes this time. I wish the cost was a bit less, but they are worth it since I don't buy many snacks and don't feel like making my own keto crackers - which would probably be as expensive but not as convenient or a sure thing since many keto bakery recipes don't turn out as good as expected. I know these are good.

Best Savory paleo crackers
To me these are the tastiest paleo crackers on the market. I am literally addicted. Thankfully, they don’t pack on any pounds whatsoever when I indulge. Crunchy, well flavored. My kids don’t like them but as a woman who cannot eat normal crackers without gaining inches, they completely satisfy me. Actually I’m kind of grateful my kids don’t like them — more for me!

The expiration dates were within the shelf-life parameters; however,
However, the product tasted and smelled stale, even bordering on rancid. We threw the first box away and opened the second, only to be hugely disappointed in the quality of that box, too. Same stale taste, the same rancid flavor, and the same horrible smell. Will not be purchasing this item again and will not recommend it to others - these pricy crackers are too expensive to have to throw them away!

They taste pretty good. These would be rated 4 stars except ...
I just received my first order of these crackers. They taste pretty good. These would be rated 4 stars except for the very high price, which brought the rating down 1 star. Eating them without any dip or topping is ok, a bit of an off taste but not bad at all. It looks like these crackers are just under 1 carb per cracker (0.83). I compared this with a regular saltine cracker, which is about 1.8 carbs per cracker, and a large tortilla chip is 1.88 carbs per chip. The saltine cracker is about 25% larger in area and at least twice as think at the Paleo Thin Crackers. The tortilla chip is almost 2x larger in area than the Paleo Thin. Although the Paleo Thin Crackers are pretty good, they are not as good as a regular saltine for chili or other toppings, or tortilla chips for dips. I'd rather save a lot of money and eat half the number of crackers with toppings or half the number of tortilla chips with dip as the Paleo thin, resulting in the same carbs consumed, and have a more satisfying taste experience at a fraction of the cost compared to the Paleo Thin Crackers.
