Good colour and stays put
A good dense colour, matte finish, stays in place well for many hours. Needs proper eye make up remover as it won't come off easily. I have found it both smudgeproof and waterproof, though easily blended for a smoky eye finish when first applied.

I love this make as it does not irritate my eyes like some of the other eye pencils do and its so easy to apply and never smudges.

Good value for money, long lasting and a true navy.
Very pleased with this, I've used Gosh eyeliners before and they're good quality. It doesn't glide on quite as smoothly as their velvet touch eyeliner range, but it's still a good eye pencil, and very durable.
