Exactly what I needed to flash the bios on a firmware locked MacBook Pro. Worked like a charm. If clipping it on the chip then plugging in the usb doesn’t work, reverse the step. Plug in the usb and carefully attach the clip. For some reason it made a difference.Don’t forget to reset the time and date or it might not let you reload the OS. Loading Lion worked without resetting time and date. El Capitan however did not want to install.

Worked great once I fixed my SOIC8/SOP8 Clip I was using for in circuit flashing my laptop BIOS.

Installed drivers and it was detected by Windows. I was able to read my bios chip and dump the data to a file. Disconnected it while modding the BIOS dump. When connected again to write modified BIOS, Windows did not detect it. I tried on 2 separate PC's and neither detected it. Returning for a refund.

Easy works Great

Really saved my bacon with a bad bios flash that rendered one of my silent-pc's unbootable. Using the programmer plugged into a spare pc along with the clip to attach to the dead bios chip it was a 5 minute job to reflash with the correct bios and get the machine up and running again.

Arrivato secondo i programmi, come si vede è una scheda essenziale senza cover o finiture. Ero indeciso se acquistare un programmatore più completo/complesso, poi visto l'intervento occasionale da fare (riprogrammare una EEPROM corrotta) mi sono deciso per questa scheda più semplice. L'HW funziona a meraviglia, è stato complicato il reperimento del programmino SW per farlo funzionare su PC considerando che serve Win7 32 bit. In ogni caso dopo vari tentavi su più PC con vari sistemi sono riuscito nell'intento di ricaricare la EEPROM corrotta di un vecchio schermo LCD. Operazione andata a buon fine con schermo funzionante.

Der Programmer kommt unscheinbar einfach verpackt schnell wie versprochen nachhause geliefert. Auf dem ersten blick eher mager, jedoch ist das Teil super einfach zu bedienen, die Beschriftung auf dem Prog. ist selbsterklärend und mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick hat man den Bios chip damit verbunden (löten).Man benötigt auch keinerlei Widerstände oder sonstige Bauteile,der Chip wird erkannt, ist in Sekunden ausgelesen und neu geflasht.Hab dasselbe mit dem Raspberry Pi versucht, und der Proger ist auf jeden Fall Benutzerfreundlicher, vor allem wenn man nicht so gern mit dem Befehlszeilen arbeitet.

Lo he utilizado para programar un chip de ROM de mi tablet. Aunque en principio solo da voltajes de 3.3V y 5V, lo he usado para programar el chip 25XXXX del tablet que funciona a 1.8V.Ojo: hay que buscar los drivers por internet así como software compatible (CH341a.exe).
