When I received this item in the mail I wasn't sure quite how large it would be, comparative to what I needed to store in it. Sure, I knew the measurements of the different items but when you get several items all in the same box it can be hard to tell how it will all fit.So while most of what I have fits Inside, some of it didn't. Inside the box was a little card mentioning an email where one can send suggestions and issues. I emailed and said that while I liked the product it wasn't quite as large as I'd like and I didn't expect to get an email back all that soon. I got an email back in less than 12 hours and the person who responded was very interested in knowing my opinions about the product.We've exchanged several emails so far and while I had already liked the product, I am hooked on their customer service! Whenever I need something like this again they'll be the first company I turn to!

First off, everybody who's "this broke", yep, mine did too. (Dropped it on a vinyl laminate floor, broke a hinge, and the slide lock no longer works besides). Also, entirely accurate that this will not hold a whole lot of gear (and won't hold most large wands at all). In my opinion, this gets about a C, because it *is* nice to be able to dry at least some of my toys quasi-discreetly but I would have preferred something built a whole lot more durable.

It works well in keeping toys in but the sliding lock broke on me about a month later.

This thing works pretty well. Its a bit small and kinda flimsy, and it could use a handle to carry it.

This is so clever! I love the play tray inside that is removable so I can set my toy down on my bedside table without putting it down on the furniture. The size is compact and makes it very easy to slide under the bed, or tuck inside a drawer. The lock is a nice feature that allows you to store your adult fun out of the site and reach of children. And the handy compartment on top is a great size for a stash of condoms, small packages of lubes, or a few extra batteries. Absolutely love that the plastic is anti-microbial. Hope you will design a bigger box sooner with a handle for ease of carrying.

I am completely happy and impressed with the amount of thought went into this Joyboxx. It is a quality product that will see lots of use. 😉

Very neat box, pretty good quality and looks great. The only minor downside, it’s a bit small. I’d say it will only comfortably work if all you got is 1 or 2 medium sized toys.

Excellent locking storage box. Good size to hold various things. Keep prying eyes away from your treasures! Vented airflow to allow things to dry is an added bonus.
