Q: Where can i get a copy of manual?

There isn’t a printed manual. It is online.

Q: My grandson is confined to a wheelchair and is wanting to learn to drive. Would this be a basically safe option to teach one to drive

This Hand Controls is a drive assist for drivers, not a tool for teaching others driving. Please do enough practice before driving by Hands.

Q: is it compatible with my fiat 500e electric car?

I'd say you need to purchase it and try it to know for sure. I had to return it because it was awkward and I thought would inhibit driving for me where it was placed. Got a full refund.

Q: Do these need to be calibrated?

I am not sure about the term calibrated as it is strictly mechanical. But it does require proper adjustment to fit your vehicle. A matter of trial and testing. Not hard to do, but must be done right for safety.
