Poor Customer service
Contacted company, it worked one time and quit. I followed the directions to the T. Poor Customer service, They never made any effort to correct the problem at all. No recommendations at all for them.

Shape and freeze
Good product. Should be more specific in instructions as to how to place on various parts of body. Pads are not easy to put on as they do not stay on. You really have to put on device and then secure on body. The real downer is that you have to wait 2 hours before you can use on another part of body. It is amazing how cold it gets though. Decent price.
