Ultra Faucets UFA21035 Traditional Collection 18-Inch Towel Bar, Oil Rubbed Bronze

Product looks nice, but is shoddily made. I bought towel bars, towel rings, and toilet paper holders for all bathrooms in my house 2.5 years ago. Several of the items were missing set screws, so required multiple attempts at returning and replacing items to get a complete set. After installation everything looked nice, but you could tell the towel bars especially were flimsy. The set screws on all pieces would occasionally work their way backward and then the piece would fall off the wall. One towel bar has obvious bowing just from having a towel hanging on it, no heavy use. About six months ago several pieces gave up at once - set screws coming loose enough for the item to fall off the wall about once a week, another bowed towel bar, and now the ring on one of the towel rings has bent and popped loose from the base. I replaced the set screws but no improvement. I have been screwing everything back on and bent the towel ring back into place, but am now having to replace everything. Do not recommend; save yourself the headache and spend a little more up front for a sturdier product.

Happy with bath accessories. went to install and half the set screws to mount hook and towel bars were not included. Shopped all over, no one had the right size. Had to settle with Phillips screws that were a bit too long, and too narrow, with tape wrapped around the threads. Very disappointed and wary that the bars will be sturdy. Never again. No matter how nice the item looks, or attractive the style, to not be able to install correctly makes the purchase a great disappointment. If the company would send me 4 set screws for the items I purchased at least I could change the screws I had to settle for.

Nice looking bar but unable to install due to missing both set screws. Needless to say I wouldn't buy this again. Perhaps they seller will contact us and offer to provide the set screws.

I love the finish and its sturdiness. I would have preferred the depth (from base to rod) to be a bit shallower as it protrudes a bit from the wall. Due to this, it has to be placed where there is very little traffic as someone can hit it and possibly break it on passing.

Another reviewer called these flimsy, they ARE lightweight but not flimsy. Installed these into studs over a month ago, no issues. Oil rubbed bronze color looks great, purchased several items from this line and all have worked out great.

The towel bar didn't come with one set of screws needed to mount it, we were able to get a set after inquiring about them twice though. It does match the finish in our kitchen well with the rest of our fixtures, and the towel bar itself is nicely made.

Color is good & goes well with all of my other fixtures, but not as high quality as the one I wanted. That one was out of stock so I had to get this one. That being said, no one would know that it wasn't part of the set. Worth the money.
