Purchased this for my father and it has been very helpful to him. It was not as heavy duty as I thought it would be, but it is doing the job.

The toilet seat was very uncomfortable! I tried to return it and was told that it could not be returned. I wish I had known this before I ordered it! I was Very Disappointed!

Not sturdy, uncomfortable, awkward. Good idea on paper maybe, but poorly designed and executed. As a person with mobility issues, this was worse than nothing. Amazon has add-on bidets that are easy to install for not much more, with the bonus that you'll be cleaner and fresher, use far less paper (just for drying if you get the base model with no air dry), and if you have GI issues, no more irritation. Your parts will thank you.

The edges are not rounded enough, making it uncomfortable to sit on. This voids the clever and useful design. The designers prob. never sat on their prototype for more than a minute!

Not what I was looking for. But, it did work long enough to get the replacement in.
